At Father & Son Bath Bombs Co., we want you to have flexibility when purchasing our handmade products. Below you'll find the details about our purchase options, subscription terms, cancellations, and billing.
1. Purchase Options
We offer several ways to enjoy our products:
- One-Time Purchases – Buy individual bath bombs or bundles at any time with no ongoing commitment.
- Subscription Purchases – Sign up for recurring deliveries (e.g., “5 Bath Bombs per Week for $21.99 + Shipping”). Subscriptions are prepaid and automatically renew according to the billing cycle selected at checkout.
2. Subscription Billing
All subscriptions are prepaid and automatically renew based on your chosen frequency (weekly, monthly, etc.). Your payment method will be charged at the beginning of each new billing cycle unless you cancel beforehand.
By subscribing, you authorize Father & Son Bath Bombs Co. to automatically charge your payment method for recurring orders until canceled.
3. Modifying or Canceling a Subscription
You may cancel, skip, or modify your subscription at any time prior to the next renewal date. To manage your subscription:
- Log into your customer account at https://fathersonbathbombs.com
- Go to your Subscriptions page or click the link provided in your subscription confirmation email.
- Follow the prompts to update, pause, or cancel your subscription.
If you cancel after your renewal payment has been processed, your cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle. The current prepaid order will still be fulfilled.
4. Refunds for Subscription Orders
Because our subscription boxes are handmade and prepared in advance, we cannot issue refunds once your order has been processed and shipped. For damaged or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right.
5. Failed Payments
If a subscription renewal payment fails, the system will automatically retry the charge. If payment cannot be processed after multiple attempts, your subscription may be paused or canceled until updated billing information is provided.
6. Pausing a Subscription
If you need a short break, you can pause your subscription instead of canceling it. Simply log in to your account and select Pause Subscription. You can resume anytime.
7. Price & Offer Changes
We may update pricing or offers periodically. Any changes to subscription pricing will be communicated in advance via email. Continued use of our subscription service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
