Return & Refund Policy

At Father & Son Bath Bombs Co., every product is crafted by hand with care and inspected before shipping. Because our bath bombs and related products are personal-care items, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products. However, we want every customer to be happy with their purchase β€” and we stand behind our work.

Returns

We accept returns or exchanges only for unopened, unused, and undamaged products within 14 days of delivery.

  • The item must be in its original packaging and condition.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).

If your return is approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned item.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@fathersonbathbombs.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

We’ll quickly send a replacement or issue a full refund β€” whichever you prefer.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used bath bombs or gift sets
  • Digital gift cards
  • Custom or discounted bundles (including 4-, 6-, and 10-packs sold at promotional rates)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirmation that your refund has been processed. Refunds are automatically applied to your original payment method. Please allow 3–10 business days for your bank or credit-card company to post the refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at support@fathersonbathbombs.com before sending anything back.

Late or Missing Refunds

  1. Check your bank or credit-card account again.
  2. Contact your payment provider.
  3. If you still haven’t received it after 10 business days, email us at support@fathersonbathbombs.com and we’ll help track it down.
