At Father & Son Bath Bombs Co., every order is handmade with care and packaged to ensure it arrives safely at your door. Below you’ll find all the details on our shipping process, delivery times, and order tracking.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed in the order they are received. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.
2. Shipping Rates & Methods
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We currently ship within the United States only.
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location. Delivery times may vary during holidays or high-volume seasons.
3. Local Pickup (if available)
If local pickup becomes available, you’ll see the option at checkout. We’ll notify you by email when your order is ready for pickup, along with pickup instructions and hours.
4. Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS). Father & Son Bath Bombs Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. However, if your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation and we’ll do our best to assist.
6. Delivery Delays
We do our best to meet estimated delivery times, but delays can happen due to weather, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
7. International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. This may change in the future as we grow — please check back for updates!
